This project has one of the most state-of-the-art fit-outs that West Construction has undertaken. This included a full temperature-controlled warehouse as requested by the client. The whole warehouse was insulated to achieve a R-Value of 5.0 and above.
The installation of two load docks was undertaken by West as part of a requirement of the client which were retro-fitted once the property was completed.
Rapid doors were also installed to limit temperature loss throughout the warehouse when unloading and offloading distribution vehicles.
